The one hour workshop is a fun, interactive online workshop where we'll cover:

• how to make sense of yourself and other people using the Needs Understanding approach
• finding the 'fingerprint' needs that drive the behaviour you don't like in yourself
• looking for creative solutions to difficult problems by approaching them in a different way

You'll leave the workshop with:

• a fresh approach to understanding the challenges you face
• new ways to make sense of your own reactions in difficult situations
• ideas for communicating in ways that are more likely to get your point over
• a perspective on problems which is more likely to lead to successful solutions
